Cancellation Policy: we ship all our products direct from the supplier so although we can accept cancelations these must be made within enough time to notify the supplier. Failure to do so will result in the order being sent and having to be returned at your cost.
Although every effort is made to ensure all our orders are delivered in perfect condition, it is possible you may receive goods damaged in transit. if this happens, you can either refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to the warehouse, or if you discover the damage after the delivery has been made, you need to notify us at [email protected] so we can make the necessary arrangements to pickup the damaged items and replace them.
If you have a faulty item, as long as its still covered by the manufacturers warranty, it will be replaced. The damage or defect must be reported straight away to [email protected] with photographic proof and proof of purchase.
